Preparation Directions:
Alrighty then, let's brew this baby. Crush and steep your malts thoroughly. Start off with steeping your malts in a half gallon of spring water. Bring the brew to a boil at 160 degrees Fahrenheit, and hold the temperature for half an hour. Next, strain the brew, and take your grains out, but filter it back into your cooking pot. Next sparge your beer grains carefully, using another half gallon of preboiled water with a temperature of 160 degrees Fahrenheit. Once done add the remaining ingredients to your cooking pot along with about 3 more gallons of spring water. Boil for about one full hour. Filter your wort, and rack to a fermenter. Let sit for 1 week, then rack to a secondary fermenter. Once done, pitch your yeast, and bottle up this heavenly brew. Let age in bottles for 2 months. Play around with the ingredients and processing, to make sure you get that personal best taste, geared just how you like it.
