Preparation Directions:
To begin with, take our a medium size saucepan. Pour in your Samuel Adams Chocolate Bock, and bring the beer to a rolling boil. Next, split each lobster tail down the length, and place them in a steamer basket above the saucepan. Be sure your lobster tails are unthawed as you do this. Once in place, add them to the steamer baskets, and cover them up. Bring down the heat, and let them both simmer for 10 full minutes. Serve with a side of boiled veggies warm.
